It's stupid how hard it can be to eat breakfast... I sometimes have the best routines when it comes to this meal, eating healthy and fresh food without any problem. But as soon as I get a bit stressed at work, I no longer have an appetite in the morning and simply stop eating anything at all. I've struggled for some weeks now, but this morning I tried to changed things by getting into a new food-routine. I decided my fruit-smoothies made by frozen fruit are a bit to cold and take a bit to long to prepare so this time I tried vanilla yoghurt with almonds, walnuts and honey. My stomach wasn't completely convinced, but a gingerbread cookie helped sweeten the deal.
