building up and tearing down

One of the last days of December, me A and E spend an evening deconstructing and eating one of my ginger-bread houses and play the board-game Carcassonne, where you compete in building the most cities, roads and monasteries. It's a great game, that doesn't take forever but that encourages the right amount of competitiveness. You have to be just a bit sneaky and cunning, and you can't be afraid of making enemies of your friends... Anyway, I hope to have many more evenings like this, board-games are a highly underestimated source of entertainment.
