easy-peasy homemade pizza

This is what we ate for lunch yesterday, super easy and super tasty. The whole idea is to use some kind of flat bread (I used Lebanese Liba-bread, made without fat) and then pretty much put whatever you like on as topping. I used what I found in our fridge.

Fake-pizza, 2 people
2 Liba-bread
2 tbs of pesto
8 cherry tomatoes
1 slice of Serrano-ham
1 mozzarella-ball
2 tbs sun-dried tomatoes, sliced
1 avocado

Spread  pesto on the bread, add all of the topping, except the avocado. Put in oven for ca 15 minutes on 200 degrees C. Add avocado and balsamic-dressing. Eat and swoon with happiness.
