The walks

One of my new-year resolutions is to go on more walks, especially in good company. Me and my friends E&T often go on walks together already, and I want to keep that habit up, and going out even more often. It's ridiculous how much differences I notice in myself after one of these walks, that can last from 20  up to 90 minutes. I'm less stressed, tired but yet energized and generally in a better mood. And it so easy! I don't even have to put on any special clothes. And we talk about everything important and not important at all and it clears your brain in a good way. Plus, most of the time, I get to hang out with this pretty pooch.
