Welcome to our home

When you enter our house you come in to a small hallway with doors to the kitchen and the living-room and the stairs to the second floor. There's not a lot of space to put storage-furniture or walls to hang shelves and such on. This makes thing a bit tricky since there's a bunch of stuff that needs to be stored here, like shoes, coats, bags and so on. Not to mention all of those things that probably should be stored somewhere else but just seems to find their way here. Coins, jewelry, socks, pens, receipts... We're still trying to figure out how to best solve the organisation of this space that becomes messy in two seconds, but when it's clean I like to think it's a pretty welcoming space.

Gold animals and my tip for organizing coins and receipts. Mason -jars! The one to the left belongs to A, the one in the middle is our joint jar and the one to the right, with only receipt and no money is mine.. Typical

Here's another tip: Place a giant flower in front of the control-panel for the alarm to hide it and hang your pictures just a little bit aslant to distract from the giant ugly fuse-box.
