praise to the side salad
We don't really eat a lot of red meat in this house, but when the barbecue season starts it's hard not keep away. We had our bbq-premiere this weekend with some delicious marinated pork tenderloin. What I've realized lately is how fantastically easy it can be to make a good dinner - you don't really need anything more than a good quality protein and a side salad. This one is very basic, with cucumber, tomatoes and feta cheese. It tasted great. We also made a very simple sauce by mixing some Greek yogurt with barbecue sauce, but it wasn't really necessary after all.
