egg-sandwich delux

Here's another easy thing I've made for lunch several times this summer. I eat egg-sandwiches for lunch almost every day at work, but this one is just a bit more luxurious... It reminds me of the traditional Swedish sandwich-cake, something we used to eat at parties and bigger family dinners a lot when I was a kid. I don't think they are as trendy any more though, very sad.

You need one boiled egg,  prawns, dill and mayonnaise. Put it all on a piece of bread you like. Might be good with some red onion too, I think. Enjoy.
